TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

These terms and conditions cover items purchased online from Tamaris Bespoke. By proceeding with a purchase via our website, you accept that you are entering into a contract with Tamaris Bespoke and bound by the terms and conditions below. If you have any queries on these terms and conditions, please contact us prior to your purchase on tamarisbespoke@btinternet.com

 

All products are listed subject to availability. Most of our products are one off or bespoke but occasionally, a product may have run out of stock in which case we will notify you and offer a full and complete refund or suggest alternative. We endeavour to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to the individual nature of the fabrics used, your product may vary in appearance to that shown on the website. We cannot guarantee that the colours of our products in real life will be as they appear on screen, this is dependent on how your computer screen shows colour.

 

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Tamaris Bespoke will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.  Please see our returns policy below

 

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for deliveries to be left with a neighbour or similar requests or provide a specified time of delivery. All deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address you provide to us at the time of your order.

 

Please see our returns policy below with regards to returning different items. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact tamarisbespoke@btinternet.com at the earliest opportunity to discuss this.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

We are happy for you to return full price and sale items from our online store. If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, you must get in touch by email at tamarisbespoke@btinternet.com and have the return agreed with us within 7 days of having received the item. 



 

You can then decide to have the item posted/couriered back to us. You will need to cover the costs of return postage. For your records, we advise you to obtain proof of delivery using a trackable service.


All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels.  They should be returned in the original packaging where possible, or equivalent, and must be in fully resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

Please note, for hygiene reasons, bed quilts and cushions/pillow covers cannot be returned. A refund will not be issued for bedding unless the product is found to be faulty.  All refunds are issued in part or in full at the discretion of the studio manager.

 

REFUNDS

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING 

 

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation, and we will endeavour to contact you within 5 business days with an order update or a tracking number.  Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery.

Domestic Shipping 

 

Free shipping is included for orders within the UK.  All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. All packages are insured, and a signature is required upon receipt.

 

International Shipping 

 

For shipments outside the UK please contact us for details at tamarisbespoke@btinternet.com

Tamaris Bespoke is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. The customer is responsible to pay the taxes and duties upon delivery.

 

All packages are insured, and a signature is required upon receipt.
